What is Vision Insurance?

A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible full-time employees working 20+hours/week, spouse and dependent children* (up to age 26)
Coverage provided by MetLife
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of service
No waiting periods or late entrant penalties
